Ordering tickets at topticketshop.de is fast, simple, and secure. You can order your tickets in 3 steps.
  • After selecting your preferred artist, you often have a choice of multiple dates, locations, and times. Once you have made your choice, you can click on “Tickets.”
  • You can then select from the available categories and prices. Here, you can also choose the number of tickets you want. After clicking “RESERVE TICKETS,” you can enter your personal information.
  • After filling in and checking your information and selecting your preferred payment method, click “Place my order” to complete the payment.
  • You will then see a confirmation of your order with your order number, which you will also receive by email at the address you provided.

topticketshop.de strives to place all seats in a single order next to each other. However, for large orders, we cannot guarantee that all seats will be adjacent. We will, of course, try to reserve seats directly in front of or near each other.

Unfortunately, topticketshop.de does not offer special wheelchair and companion seats. If you need these, we recommend contacting the event’s organizer or venue.

You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing the order. If you no longer have the order confirmation, you can also find the order number on your bank statement.

topticketshop.de is a reseller, and our prices are based on supply and demand. For example, when an event is sold out, prices will automatically be higher. When there is a high demand for a certain event at topticketshop.de, prices may also increase. However, the event does not necessarily need to be sold out at the original point of sale. Sometimes a larger number of tickets are available, and prices can be lower than the original ticket price. In the airline industry, this is known as dynamic pricing, and it’s perfectly normal and accepted that consumers don’t all pay the same price.

Many of our customers are loyal because they appreciate that we handle the process of finding tickets for their favorite artist or show. Our customers also don’t have to keep track of presale dates or look up which website is selling tickets for the artist or if there is a special presale they need to join. In short, topticketshop.de makes it possible to decide at the last minute to attend a sold-out event and makes ordering tickets easy for those less comfortable with technology—all without queues.

topticketshop.de is a ticket reseller for events. For this reason, there may be a different name on your tickets. The tickets you ordered are entry tickets for the event and are not personalized. This means that anyone in possession of an entry ticket has access to the event.
The only important thing is that the barcode or QR code on the tickets is readable. An exception may apply if the organizer explicitly states that the tickets must be in the buyer’s name.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. If you have cancellation insurance through your insurer, it may be possible to claim the costs under certain conditions. We want to emphasize that we are not responsible for handling the claim and refer you to your insurer for this.

Once your payment is accepted, topticketshop.de will make every effort to deliver the tickets to you 10 business days before the event. The expected delivery date is on your order confirmation, which we sent by email.

If you are unable to attend an event or have extra tickets, you can offer them to topticketshop.de. You can fill out a form on our website to submit your tickets.

After placing your order, you will automatically receive an email with your order confirmation and login details. Using your login credentials, you can log in at the top of the website to check the status of your order. Once we have sent your tickets by email, you can also download them by logging into the website.

Buckaroo BV is the payment processor for topticketshop.de. All payments made on topticketshop.de go through Buckaroo and are fully processed by them. If you have questions about your payment or related matters, you can contact us via kundenservice@topticketshop.de. You cannot contact Buckaroo directly, as they only handle payment processing and are not aware of the status of your order.

Yes, you can! TopTicketshop occasionally offers the option to make a donation to a charity when placing an order, for example, if there is a nationwide campaign. You can choose the amount you want to donate. Donations are transferred weekly by TopTicketshop to the relevant charity. A donation is final and cannot be refunded, even if the purchase is canceled, such as if an event is canceled or rescheduled.

For a canceled event, we will automatically send you a voucher worth 110% of your original order. You will receive your unique code digitally at the email address you used for the order.

For a rescheduled event, your order will automatically be transferred to the new date. Can’t make it on the new date? Contact customer service to request a voucher.

The voucher is valid indefinitely, so you don’t need to hurry to place an order. You can use the voucher for any event for which we offer tickets on our site. The voucher is not personalized, so you can also transfer or gift it to someone else.

You can enter the voucher code in the shopping cart. On the right side of the page, you’ll see an overview of your order and the total price. Click on 'enter discount code'. In the box that appears, you can enter the voucher.

The voucher is valid indefinitely; if you don’t use the full amount with your order, keep the code safe as you can use it until the entire amount is used up. Lost your voucher? You can log in on our website: your voucher will also be on your personal page.
